If you plan to rent a private storage unit, you must either supply your own lock or purchase one from us when you sign your lease. Be prepared to show us your personal lock before moving in to your storage unit.
Rental agreements are on a month to month basis at CR110 Self Storage. The first month’s rent is prorated. Rent thereafter will be due on the first of each month. Once a new month begins, you will be responsible for that entire month’s rent.
You must give us a written move out notice at least 10 days prior to vacating, but we ask customers to give notice 30 days in advance of their planned move out date. Written notice can be given in person during office hours. Provide notice outside of office hours using your online account or the dropbox. You can also deliver notice by email or post mail.
We strive to make this process as easy as possible! We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Autopay can be set up using your tenant portal login. At the start of each month, our system will charge your credit card for the amount due. This convenient payment option helps you avoid late charges and makes renting stress free. Cash payments can be made in person. Checks can be mailed to us or delivered in person. Credit Cards are accepted in person or over the phone during office hours. After hours payments can be deposited into the drop box at our office or submitted online using your account login.
Thanks to individual access codes, our tenants have access to the storage facility 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
We offer competitive insurance rates through a company that specializes in self storage insurance. Insurance coverage can be purchased at move in for an additional monthly charge, or you can obtain insurance from a third party company. Be prepared to show proof of insurance before signing your lease.
